Leadership Coaching and Team Development with a Global Mindset

Arlene Clarke, Keystone Coaching

Having spent the majority of my career with hundreds of leaders within large organizations (including the Canadian Federal Government, the National Research Council Canada, and Nortel Networks), I am excited to connect with leaders from all walks of life, across sectors, and around the world.

For over 20 years, I have had the honour of working with executives, middle managers and teams to help them thrive in good times, and navigate change in difficult moments.

As an internationally-certified Integral Master Coach™, I have a front-row seat to incredible growth and transformation, and I do not take this privilege lightly.

My coaching clients frequently remark on how quickly I helped them feel that they are in a “safe zone” during their coaching sessions: able to freely explore their challenges at work and receive support for long-term change.

In addition to being a coach, I am also an expert group facilitator and adult learning facilitator. Over my career, I have designed and delivered development programs and courses that focused on building and fine-tuning key leadership skills.

I bring a high standard of integrity, accountability and fun to my practice, along with a boldness for being realistic and in the moment. I also have high expectations for my clients. Notably that they are committed to being open to change and are willing to follow through on their goals, knowing that I will be there to support them as they establish and explore their new path. I coach and facilitate in English, and I speak French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Keystone

In architectural terms, the keystone is the wedge-shaped stone that is placed at the apex of an arch. It is the last stone to be put in place, and it is the stone that allows the structure to bear weight.

I believe that within each of us lies a keystone of our very own.

A special skill, gift or attribute that allows us to bear the weight of challenge, and create lasting structures of strength within our workplaces, families, and communities.

I believe it is also a place of deep inner knowing that exists in all of us.

And it is from that place that I support the transformation of leaders and teams.

In terms of leadership, the keystone is the place in you that informs your leadership style, defining how you set your vision, achieve goals, make decisions, build and nurture relationships and connect with your employees.

Let’s discover and develop your leadership keystone.

While I don’t believe that credentials on their own make the coach, I do believe in coming to my work from a place of expertise and knowledge.

Here are some of the credentials and training I have pursued in order to best support my clients:
